If you are a big movie buff, then you must be hanging on the IMDB web site a lot. How many times you find yourself visiting the IMDB web site just for looking for the movie poster and basic information like cast, rating etc. Now you can use the IMDB preview add-on for a quick preview of IMDB information. Just hover your cursor over an IMDB movie link like www.imdb.com/title/tt0068326/ and you would see an IMDB preview window. Here is how :
- Visit https://addons.mozilla.org/ in your Firefox browser.
- Click on the green Add to Firefox button to install the IMDB Preview add-on
- Restart Firefox to complete the installation of the add on.
- Once you have installed the IMDB Preview add-on, you are ready to use it. Just hover your mouse over any IMDB movie link and you would see the mini information popup.
- You can customize the popup too. In Mozilla Firefox, from the menu select Tools → Add-ons.
- In the IMDB Preview add-on click on Options button to open the settings for IMDB Preview.
- You an select the size of the popup, the background color, what to display among other options as shown,
- Click OK to save the settings and you would see the changes take effect immediately.
