Enable in-built Chrome PDF viewer in Google Chrome

Starting with version 6, Google Chrome has in-built support for viewing of PDF files inside it. Which means that you do not have to install any third party PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat or Foxit Reader to view the PDF files. But before you can use this feature, you have to enable it first. Here is how :

  1. Open your Google Chrome browser.
  2. In the location bar (also called the omnibox) type chrome://plugins and press Enter.
  3. You would see Chrome PDF Viewer plugin listed. Click on the Enable link under it as shown,

  4. You would see that the plugin has become enabled. That’s it. Now you can view any PDF file online in Google Chrome.
