I have to switch back and forth to work on a document and watch TV. What I wanted is to keep the TV window on top and at the same time work on my document. Window on Top can be used to make any application topmost, that is to keep it above all other windows. This functionality is identical to the “Always on Top” setting found in some programs. Using Window on Top is very easy. Just start Window on Top and then click on the hand like icon, and drop it on a window that you want to make topmost. At a later time, you can toggle the setting by pressing the hotkey Ctrl + F8. This hotkey would toggle the topmost status of the target window on and off.
