Clear Offline Videos from Youtube in Android

The new Youtube app for Android allows you to save videos in the local storage for watching later even when the device becomes offline. But as these offline mode videos are downloaded and saved in the local storage, if you save too many videos for offline viewing, they make consume a lot of the disk space. Fortunately Google has made it as easy to clear up the offline videos as easy it is to save them for offline viewing.

In order to clear the offline video storage in Youtube, you can follow these simple steps:

  2. If you want to clear just one of the videos from the offline storage, then touch the three-dots displayed next to that video and select Remove from offline. After some confirmation that video shall be removed.

  4. You will be asked if you want to remove all the videos and playlists from Offline. Upon your approval, the offline storage shall be emptied.
