Romeolight PhotoResizer is available as a portable Windows application and requires .NET 4.0 framework to be installed. You begin by clicking on the + icon and adding the images that you want to be resized. It supports PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP and JPEG image types. As soon as the images are added, their thumbnails are displayed in the list along with their dimensions and the new intended dimensions. You can change the target dimensions and the aspect ratio for resizing these images from the top of the PhotoResizer window.

For further customizations, you can click on the hamburger icon and pull down the more options. These options include image related settings (remove metadata, remove color profile, interlaced or progressive, lossless optimizations), file related settings (renaming, file name suffix/prefix, whether overwrite existing options) and more.

Once everything is ready, you can click on the play button on the top-left corner to start the resizing process. All the images are instantly resizes and optimized and you can use the resized images for whatever you want to use them for.
