Ubisoft has started the celebrations – during the holidays season they have started giving away free games for the enjoyment of gamers all over the world. You can grab a copy of the original Watch Dogs game for PC absolutely free from Ubisoft website or from Uplay. All you would need is a free Uplay account that anybody can register for free by just supplying an email address. The Watch Dogs game for PC is available for free only from 7th November to 13th November.
Watch Dogs was released in 2014 and was an instant hit. In the game, you play a revenge seeking hacker in the city of Chicago, Illinois. It is an open-world game and you can walk around the whole city, urban side, suburbs and the dilapidated or abandoned buildings. You can either walk or use any of the available vehicles to travel all over Chicago. But the Chicago city as shown inside the game is not real Chicago. It is more of a fictionalized version of real Chicago with only a little resemblance to the real city.
The game is all about hackers and hacking. You have to hack into the operating system that control everything in the city. Through this hacking you can do so many things like unlocking vehicles or stopping trains. You become part of a “good” group hackers and you are always being attacked by a group of hackers working for the government. You even kill the enemy by hacking into his pacemaker device and thus stopping his heart.
In order to claim your copy of Watch Dogs for free, you have to launch Uplay client, search for Watch Dogs and download it for free. You can also visit Ubisoft website at https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/event/watchdogs-giveaway-2017/ and click on the Get the Game button. You will have to login to your Ubisoft account (same as Uplay account) and add it to your games library. The game will be downloaded using Uplay on your PC.
