Watch movie trailers from Flixter in Google Chrome

Flixster is a social movie site allowing users to share movie ratings, discover new movies and meet others with similar movie taste. If you also enjoy sharing your movie experiencing, finding which new movies are out and watch new movie trailers, then you cannot live without the Flixter extension for the Chrome web-browser. The official Flixster Movies extension lets you find out about new movies and watch trailers directly from your toolbar. Here is how :

1. Visit https://chrome.google.com/extensions/ in the Google Chrome browser.
2. Click on the blue Install button to install the Flixster Movies extension
   
3. It will prompt you for confirmation. Click on Install to proceed.
   
4. After Flixster Movies extension is installed in your Chrome browser, you will find a Flixster Movies icon on the top-right of the Chrome browser window. The icon is like a popcorn bag you usually get at movies.
   
5. When you click on this icon a mini window is opened. It shows the most popular movies on Flixter. You can also type the search string to find information about any movies, actors or directors etc.
   
In this mini-window, you can click on Reviews, Showtimes or Trailer link under a movie title. This would launch the Flixter website and start showing you the movie trailer, showtimes or reviews etc.
6. In the options for Flixster Movies extension, you can set your ZIP code (USA only). By setting your ZIP code, you can also see the movie openings and timings for your local area.
