Auto-expand navigation pane in Explorer in Windows 7

When you open a folder in Windows Explorer, you can choose to show the navigation pane which shows the tree-view of the folders leading to the current folder. You can also choose to automatically expand the navigation pane to current folder whenever you open a folder. Here is how :

1. Open any folder.
2. Select Organize → Folder and Search options as shown below :
   
3. In the Folder Options window, select the General tab.
4. Check the checkbox labeled Automatically expand to current folder as shown,
   
5. Click OK to save the settings.
