Remove Control Panel link from Start Menu in Vista

In Windows Vista Start Menu, a link to Control Panel is shown. If you do not want to see this link here, you can choose to remove it. This can be done easily by changing some settings. Here is how :

1. Right click on the Start Menu orb and select Properties.
2. In the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog, select the Start Menu.
3. Click on the Customize button as shown
   
4. In the list under Control Panel choose Don't display this item.
   
5. Click OK button to save the settings.
