Set Welcome Center to run at start up in Windows Vista

This page was last updated on July 22, 2010

When Windows Vista runs for the first time after the first installation, Welcome Center shows up which you can disable to run at startup. But if later, you want the Welcome Center to run at startup then you have to make some changes in the Control Panel. Here is how :

  1. Open Control Panel from the Start Menu.
  2. In the Control Panel click on System and Maintenance. Then select Welcome Center as shown,
  3. Check the checkbox labeled Run at startup,
  4. Close the Control Panel window.
