When you visit a web site which requires you to enter a user name and password, Google Chrome offers you to save this password. It may be a useful feature but very risky as trojans or hackers can steal this information. If you want to disable password saving, you can change settings in Google Chrome. Here is how :
- Run Google Chrome. On the right side, you would see a settings wrench like icon. Click on it and select Options as shown
- In the Options window, select the Personal Stuff tab.
- Under the Passwords section, select Never save passwords
- Click Close button. Close all open settings windows.
Now Google Chrome would not offer you to save any passwords for any web site.
