CCleaner is perhaps the most popular application for Windows users when it comes to cleaning the junk files and obsolete registry entries. Now Piriform, the makers of the CCleaner, have created an app for Android users as well. The CCleaner app for Android devices can clean the junk files, cache, browser history, SMS messages, phone call history etc., in addition to letting you enabling you to remove installed apps and viewing system stats. It is still being developed and more features are soon going to be added by the Piriform developers.

The CCleaner app for Android is available from the Google Play store.  After the installation, you can launch it from the All App screen.
