If you have made a mess of settings in Apple Safari and it is no longer working like it should, then you can reset all the settings to their default. This will change all the settings in the Apple Safari browser to their original values when you first installed Apple Safari. Here is how :
- Run Apple Safari. On the top-right side, you would see a settings gears like icon. Click on it and select Reset as shown
- You will see a reset window with many options to select from. Choose what you want to reset and then click Reset button as shown
- After you click on Reset button, Safari will restart with fresh settings.
