One of the reasons why Google search engine is so popular is its highly customizable nature. You can customize it to suit your needs. For example, you can change the number of search results displayed per page (by default, it displayes 10 results on a page). Here is how :
- Open Google web page.
- Click on the Search Settings on the top-right as shown,
- Scroll down on the Search settings page and select Number of Results from the drop-down listbox. You can choose from 10, 20, 30 50 and 100.
- Click on the Save Preferences button to save the settings.
Note the settings are saved in form of cookies in your browser. This means if you clear browser cache then you also lose the settings. Also you have to save the settings in each browser separately, if you use many web browsers.
