Under the Images tab, you can see all the selected images that you want to work on. In the Options tab you can see all the options for converting and resizing. You can set the target size (width and height), mode of resizing, conversion options, conversion quality and file naming options and more. Under the Publishing category, you can choose options for sharing your pictures online. After selecting the options, just click on the Process button and it will start working on the conversion and resizing job.
