You can download sWeather from the Skwire Empire website. The download is a portable application packed inside a ZIP archive. After extracting the downloaded ZIP file to a folder, you can double-click on sWeather.exe to run it. You can add more locations and remove Codyville, ME location from the configuration window which can be opened by selecting Options → Configure from the menubar.
