The FotoSketcher program allows you to quickly apply many of the professional quality effects in your pictures. It supports dozens of effects like pencil sketches, ink sketches, cartoon effects, oil paintings, vintage effects and more.
You can download the FotoSketcher application from the FotoSketcher website. The download is available both as an installer and as a portable application. The portable application is around 5 megabytes. If you decide to use the portable application, then you do not have to install anything on your system. Just download the portable EXE file and double-click on it to launch FotoSketcher.
To load the image that you want to work on, you can click on the Open a picture button in the toolbar. The FotoSketcher application supports many different types of image formats that it can open.
