Installing New Fonts in Windows 10 Computers

If you buy new notebook computers these days, then you will realize that newer notebooks are supporting only and only Windows 10. If you try to install Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 on these computers, perhaps not all the hardware will work and the official websites of the manufacturers do not provide any device drivers for any other version other than Windows 10 (64-bit). This could become a problem for the people who are accustomed to Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 and have never used Windows 10 or have just begun to experiment with Windows 10. If you are a newbie when it comes to Windows 10 and want to install fonts but are confused, then you can follow these different methods.

Method 1 – Double-click on the font files.
Yes, this is the simplest and easiest method. After downloading the TTF or OTF font file, you can just double-click on it. This will open up the “Font Preview” window. In this preview window, you can see how the font appears on your screen along with all the character set supported by it.
