Everyone who loves listening to music today has Spotify installed on their smartphones and other devices. Spotify is available in many of the countries in the world and gives you instant access to millions of songs, and albums from all the different genres and languages. In some parts of the world it offers local music as well as internationally popular music. Because of its excessively large music database, you can find all the songs and artists that you want to listen to.
But some songs are so good that you must tell the rest of the world about your music choice. If you want to share what you are listening on Spotify over to social networks like Instagram, then you can follow these steps:
- Launch Spotify in your smartphone and start listening to your favorite music.
- Tap on the menu graphic on the top and select Share from there.
- You will see a number of sharing options depending on the apps installed on your smartphone. Select Instagram Story from the list of sharing options.
- Edit the message for the Instagram story and tap on the Send To button.
Once published on your Instagram, your friends can find what you have been listening to on your Instagram profile in form of an Instagram story. Using the appropriate sharing options, you can use the same method to share music on Spotify over other social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, email message etc. This will allow your friends to listen to a short fifteen seconds clip of the full song. They can switch to Spotify if they want to start listening to the full song. After all Spotify is free for everyone. This way all of your friends can group-listen to the same music at the same time even if they are all very far away from each other.
