If you can count on anything these days, it is the weekly giveaway from Epic Games store. They have been giving away games to everyone for more than a year now. This week they are giving away an adventure, puzzle and mystery game called Lifeless Planet : Premier Edition.
People who enjoy watching movies like the Alien series and its latest installment Alien: Covenant are going to love this game. In the game, you are an astronaut who visits an unknown planet which was assumed to be completely lifeless. While exploring this planet for possible resources, he finds a mysterious place that looks like an abandoned old Soviet-era Russian town. Surprised by this discovery, he starts to wonder whether the Russian town is just a hoax or if he has accidentally time-traveled into the past to a cold-war time.
He is even more surprised when he finds a young lady who is somehow able to withstand the very hostile environment of this planet. This lady, who can interact with the plants on this planet, promises him to show all the secrets of the planet. Is she really telling the truth or has she trapped him for some evil plan. As you go through the game, you will discover that this planet is not very different from our own planet. The player gets some advanced equipment for exploring the lifeless planet such as a robotic arm and jet-pack, which will help you getting to the otherwise hard to reach places on the planet.
The game runs on any modest game PC. Even the old computers running Windows XP will have no problem running this game with decent graphics.
