Epic Games store is giving away two games this week and one of them is a very interesting game that combines two genres – construction games and horror games. This game is called “Bridge Constructor – The Walking Dead” and in this game you have to construct bridges to avoid the horde of walking zombies.
The game reminds of so many zombie movies where the protagonist takes a number of measures to avoid or to defeat these zombies. But in this game you can just make bridges and make the zombies take a different route which either aids your escape or helps you terminate them.
One way you can use the bridges to eliminate the zombies is by luring them to a trap. You are allowed movable objects, explosives and other baits to attract them towards a trap. When the zombies have been trapped, you can help the survivors to pass through the area unharmed. There is a technique where you construct bridges that can hold the weight of your vehicle but when zombies follow you, the bridge cannot hold their weight and they all fall down in the water.
Another use of constructing bridges is for the human use when you want safe passage for vehicles or other people running from the zombie horde. You can work alone or team up with other survivors to fight against the large number of zombies walking everywhere.
The game does not have that high system requirements. We can easily run this game on any Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 PC having a decent CPU and 4 GB of RAM. These specifications cover most of the computers bought in last five years. The game play uses English audio but there are dozens of text languages available.
