Epic Games store is giving away yet another game and this time it is Yoku’s Island Express. This game offers a combination of various genres – platformer, open-world and puzzles. In Yoku’s Island Express, we are actually entering Mokumana Island. In this small island, you are going to take the role of the protagonist Yoku who is a postman working on this island.
As a postman, you are supposed to not only deliver the mail but also help the inhabitants of the island. While helping the locals, you get to explore the whole island. The game is open-world, so there is nothing that you cannot explore.
Talking to the locals, Yoku soon realizes that the island has a big problem – the local deity has been captured in a very deep sleep. While this ancient deity sleeps, the local devotees cannot ask her for help. It is now up to Yoku to wake the ancient deity up from a long long slumber.
During the exploration, Yoku gets to explore the island and discover various secrets, play the pinball machine, and do the platforming. The game packs many iconic battles with the evil bosses along the way. You have to be ready to fight as you come closer and closer to achieving your goal.
The game does not have very high requirements but it still needs a good gaming PC to run. It needs a minimum of 4 GB of RAM, Intel Core i3 3 GHz, Nvidia GeForce GT 630 and Windows 7 64-bit in order to run.
