- Open the WiFi settings for your Android phone. This can be done in a number of ways. Easiest way is to pull down the quick access menu using two fingers and long tap on the WiFi icon. You can also find it from Android settings.
- Tap on the QR code icon next to the WiFi network that you want to share with your friends. You will see a QR code appear on your screen.
- Your friends can open the same WiFi network settings on their phone (step 1) and tap on the QR code scanner icon. They have to scan the QR code that is being displayed on your phone screen.
- As soon as the scanning is complete successfully, they have configured the WiFi network on their phone and it establishes a connection to the WiFi network.
