Windows 7 shows a shortcut for Help and Support in the Start Menu. This is pretty useless because whenever you need Windows help, you can always press the key F1 on your keyboard to bring up the Help and Support window. You can remove the Help and Support shortcut from the Windows 7 start menu to free up the space in Start Menu. This is how :
- Right click on the Start Menu orb in Windows 7 and select Properties.
- Click on the Customize button under the Start Menu tab as shown :
- Scroll down and uncheck the checkbox labaled Help
- Click OK to save the settings.
