Modify Access Permissions Using SubInAcl

Windows Vista and 7 both have a command line tool takeown to change the file or folder ownership. Using this command line tool, an administrator can change the ownership of a file or folder to a user or a group of users. But there is no such command line tool in Windows XP. Microsoft has made available a downloadable tool called SubInAcl which does all this and much more.
