Get Mass Effect 2 for Free from Origin

Last year many large game development firms gave away their older games for free. Ubisoft celebrated their 30 years anniversary by giving away one game per month and ended up giving away some really cool games like Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry 3. Electronics Arts also gave away many older games like Need for Speed: Most Wanted and Nox. Japanese games publisher Sega also released their decades old Sonic CD for free. And looks like this year, we are going to get many more games for free once again. This year the giving away streak has been started by Electronics Arts and they are giving away Mass Effect 2 for free this month.

Mass Effect 2 is a game that was released in the year 2010. The graphics do not look so much dated for 2017, but the hardware requirement was very high back then. Even today, your PC has to have a good graphics card like (ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT, Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT) and at least 2 GB RAM, 2.6 GHz dual core Intel CPU or similar AMD CPU, and a fast hard disk. Originally, it was supposed to run on Windows Vista or 7, but it should run on Windows 10 too.
